Job summary

Met-L-Flo Inc. in Sugar Grove is seeking skilled production technicians to work on-site. Responsibilities include casting, sanding, painting, and silicone mold work, with potential to operate industrial 3D printers. Candidates should have precision, detail orientation, and comfort with calipers.

Training will be provided; health, dental and 401K benefits are offered. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sugar Grove, IL, with compensation $17–$25 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and be able to operate with precision.
• Experience with process control and quality standards preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with precision measurement tools helpful.

Responsibilities

• Casting and sanding/surface preparation of plastics.
• Painting and silicone casting (mold setup, injection, demolding, finishing).
• Shipments and general shop cleanup/maintenance.
• Learn 3D printing machine setup, calibration, operation, and maintenance.
