Gemini, Inc. in Decorah, IA is seeking a Sand Molder for the 2nd shift to produce and prepare sand molds for our signage products. The role operates in a sand-heavy environment with varying temperatures and reports to the Plant Supervisor.

The position is full-time with a 2nd shift schedule (4 ten-hour days, Monday to Thursday) and overtime as needed. Base pay ranges from $22.88 to $30.61 per hour, with additional benefits and a supportive, team-first culture.

Responsabilidades

• Makes, assembles, and prepares sand molds.
• Removes hardened sand from forms.
• Inspects and cleans molds and mixer daily by removing solidified sand as required.
• Work environment involves sand and varying temperatures.
• Reports to Plant Supervisor.
