Job summary

Tangible Creative Inc. is seeking a Sales & Project Management Associate – 3D Printing for a full-time, on-site role based in Newark, NJ. You will manage inquiries, prepare quotes, and guide clients through the process from concept to delivery.

You will coordinate timelines, track orders, liaise with production, and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying sales opportunities and communicating technical requirements and updates.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects and timelines across stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze requirements and propose 3D printing solutions.
• Excellent customer service, responsiveness, and relationship building.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
• Sales skills to qualify leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms.
• Familiarity with 3D printing technologies, CAD files, or digital fabrication workflows.
• Experience using CRM or project management software and office productivity tools.
• Background in business, design, or engineering is advantageous.

Responsibilities
