You will coordinate timelines, track orders, liaise with production, and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying sales opportunities and communicating technical requirements and updates.

Role Description

The Sales & Project Management Associate – 3D Printing is a full-time, on-site position based in Newark, NJ. This role involves managing incoming customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and guiding clients through the 3D printing service process from initial concept to delivery. The associate will coordinate project timelines, track order status, and liaise with our production team to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing clear communication regarding technical requirements and project updates. The role also includes documenting project details, updating our CRM and project tracking tools, and supporting continuous improvements in workflow efficiency and customer experience.
