Job summary

LightForce, a leader in digital orthodontics, seeks a Manufacturing Technician to join our fast-growing start-up on the orthodontic appliance production line. You will maintain daily operations, set up and monitor equipment, and ensure products meet the highest quality standards.

You will work closely with hardware engineers, dental planners, and management to deliver the right product to customers on time, with full traceability.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs and document processes clearly.
• Comfort with basic computer tools and manufacturing software.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment on the production line.
• Follow specifications and quality procedures to produce designated products.
• Maintain product traceability throughout the process.
• Assist with safety procedures and stay compliant with company policies.
• Support training of new operators and contribute to quality improvements.
• Keep a clean, organized workspace and manage waste disposal.
