Job summary

LightForce is redefining orthodontics with a fully digital, 3D-printed platform. As a Test Technician, you will validate quality, support product and process development, and work with engineers and QA teams to improve our manufacturing line.

You will set up and run tests, collect data, and ensure documentation accuracy in a fast-growth startup environment. This role reports to the Senior Process Engineer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in manufacturing QA, lab testing, or test equipment operation.
• Pursuing an associate or bachelor’s in manufacturing, engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain lab testing and measurement equipment.
• Perform testing and measurements to collect data for development and production.
• Create and maintain databases of test results.
• Follow test protocols and quality procedures; help improve documentation.
• Train manufacturing technicians on measurement and inspection procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; proper waste disposal.
• Monitor manufacturing equipment for test sample production (3D printers, furnaces, etc.).
