Job summary

Fuse Energy seeks a Visual/Motion Designer to bring product and hardware reveals, brand films, and social content to life. You will craft high-quality 2D and 3D visuals for campaigns and digital experiences, shaping the visual language of our hardware and software platforms.

You’ll own projects end-to-end, partnering with product, growth, content, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive, market-ready artwork that communicates complex ideas with compelling storytelling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in motion design, 3D, or visual design with a strong portfolio.
• Strong motion and 3D skills with a keen eye for composition and lighting.
• Proactive, self-directed mindset with ownership of work and ideas.
• Creative problem solver who can translate complex ideas into visual stories.
• Excitement for technology and hardware, with passion for product experiences.
• Experience with product visualization is a plus, especially for real-time assets.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 2D and 3D motion design for marketing campaigns, ads, product reveals, social content, and digital experiences.
• Build visual look and treatment for key brand moments from title sequences to motion systems.
• Create product visualizations that explain complex products and campaigns.
• Design 3D assets, illustrations, icons, and characters to strengthen product storytelling and brand.
• Own projects from brief to delivery, contributing ideas and solutions.
• Collaborate with product, growth, content, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive creative work.
• Use audience insights and testing to refine visual content.
• Maintain high craft and visual quality across all brand touchpoints.
