Qualifications
- Knowledge of commercial and steel building construction.
- Ability to read structural drawings and blueprints.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Competency with Excel, Word and related software.
- Excellent math, including trigonometry, and good communication.
Responsibilities
- Create accurate 3D roof models using AppliCad Roof Wizard from PDFs, DWGs, or images.
- Conduct precise material takeoffs for panels, accessories, and underlayment to minimize waste.
- Simulate installation to generate cutting lists and optimize material usage.
- Collaborate with sales, project managers, and clients to verify specs.
