Job summary

Jacobs seeks a highly experienced 3D Geospatial & Civil Design Specialist to join our Digital Delivery team. You will bridge geospatial intelligence, master planning and Civil 3D workflows to support due diligence through detailed design for manufacturing, data center, and infrastructure projects.

You will collaborate with planners, engineers, surveyors, BIM/VDC professionals, and project teams to develop scalable workflows using GIS, CAD, and BIM tools, advancing site evaluation and master

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in civil/geospatial field.
10+ years of civil design, geospatial modeling, or digital delivery experience.
Proficiency with Civil 3D and geospatial platforms.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain Civil 3D project environments, templates and data structures.
Configure Civil 3D models, surfaces, alignments, corridors and site development workflows.
Integrate GIS, survey, utility and infrastructure datasets into workflows.
Coordinate Civil 3D with Revit, Navisworks and related Autodesk platforms.
Provide mentoring and technical support to project teams.
