Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in civil/geospatial fields.
• 10+ years in civil design, geospatial modeling, or digital delivery.
• Advanced proficiency with Civil 3D, Forma, ArcGIS, ACC, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of coordinate systems, surveying data, and GIS/BIM integration.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Civil 3D project environments, templates, standards.
• Configure models, surfaces, alignments, corridors, and site workflows.
• Integrate geospatial data across GIS, surveying, environmental datasets.
• Collaborate with planners, engineers, surveyors, BIM/VDC professionals.
• Develop scalable workflows for site selection, due diligence, and master planning.
• Mentor teams and contribute to standards and best practices.
