Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a 3D Geospatial & Civil Design Specialist to join our Digital Delivery team. This role bridges geospatial intelligence, master planning, and Civil 3D project delivery for manufacturing, data centers, and infrastructure.

You will develop scalable workflows, integrate GIS and survey data, and collaborate with planners, engineers, BIM/VDC teams to deliver from due diligence through detailed design and construction documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in civil engineering or geospatial fields.
• 10+ years of civil design, geospatial modeling, or digital delivery experience.
• Experience with Civil 3D, GIS, and BIM/CAD workflows.
• Strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Civil 3D project environments, templates, standards, and data structures.
• Configure and manage Civil 3D models, surfaces, alignments, corridors, and site development workflows.
• Develop data-referenced Civil 3D environments for collaboration across disciplines.
• Support project teams through schematic design to construction phases.
• Bridge geospatial intelligence with master planning and civil design decisions.
