Qualifications

• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software (3ds Max, Maya, Blender, or equivalent).
• Strong skills in animation, modeling, texturing, and UV unwrapping.
• Ability to read and understand technical instructions and translate them into accurate visual sequences.
• Strong mechanical reasoning and attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight production deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated professional with a strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Learning agility: rapid proficiency with new software and processes, with the ability to retain and independently apply lessons learned.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret complex written assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair instructions and convert them into clear 3D animation following BILT standards
• Execute all or selected stages of the 3D workflow, including modeling, texturing, UV unwrapping, lighting, and animation, in accordance with BILT standards
• Produce step-by-step 3D Intelligent Instructions that meet BILT quality, style, timing, and technical specifications
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, QA, and Production leads to ensure accuracy, completeness, and instructional clarity
• Apply strong mechanical reasoning to visualize how products assemble, function, and are serviced
• Manage multiple production assignments concurrently while meeting tight project deadlines
• Follow established BILT production pipelines, file naming, asset management, and version-control practices
• Review work against BILT quality standards and incorporate feedback from QA and production reviews
• Optimize models, textures, and animations for performance across mobile, web, and spatial platforms
• Support continuous improvement of production tools, templates, and animation techniques
• Maintain organized project files and communicate status, blockers, and delivery timelines promptly
