InterEx Group in Miami is hiring an Entry-Level 360 Recruitment Consultant. You will source top tech talent and build client relationships across North America, starting in 180 and moving to a full 360 desk handling both clients and candidates.

You’ll join a dynamic sales floor with uncapped commission potential, full training, and fast progression. Expect live roles from week 1 and opportunities to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required.
• Willingness to learn InterEx process and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Ambitious and competitive with a track record of success.

Responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing & qualification using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
• Business development by building new client relationships and expanding accounts.
• Sales execution across the 360 process: pitching, negotiating, closing deals.
• Building trusted relationships with clients and candidates in ERP/CRM/Data markets.
