Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in B2B sales, business development, high-volume recruiting, or similar client-facing roles.
• Strong outbound prospecting skills and comfort making calls, outreach, and pursuing new accounts.
• Consultative communication style with ability to ask strong questions and position solutions.
• Resilience and self-motivation in a metrics-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and client visits.
• Meet with hiring managers to understand workforce challenges and recommend staffing solutions.
• Negotiate rates, placement terms, and service expectations with clients.
• Recruit, screen, and match qualified candidates to client openings.
• Manage client relationships to drive repeat business and growth.
