Job summary

KeyBank's Summer Internship in Brooklyn, OH seeks a 360 Measurement & Impact Intern to support the Key Experience and Design team with research and data analysis, transforming data into insights that guide experience strategy.

You will learn methods, assist in market research, analyze datasets, and present findings; collaborate with cross-functional teams; receive mentorship during a 10.5‑week program from May 26 to August 6, 2027.

Qualifications

• Must have completed at least two years toward a four-year undergraduate degree with coursework in Customer Experience, Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, Communications, Finance, Computer Science, or related field with an anticipated graduation in or before May of 2028.
• Experience in research or data analysis projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and delivery of primary market research projects.
• Analyze large data sets and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Create concise and compelling presentations to communicate research outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members across Key Experience and Design (KeyXD) to support client and employee experience initiatives.
• Learn and apply new research methods and tools relevant to the financial sector.
• Perform other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities, and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
