Tenth Revolution Group in Philadelphia is seeking an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to own the full sales cycle, placing top cloud technology talent with high-value clients. This is a 360, client-facing role where you will manage the entire process from first contact through placement.

You will prospect via cold calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels, tailor searches to client needs, and negotiate terms.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience is preferred; cold-calling experience is a strong plus.
• A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
• The ability to build relationships at every level of an organization.
• Resilience, drive, and a genuine hunger to keep improving.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build new client relationships through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow your client base and drive revenue.
• Run in-depth client meetings to understand hiring needs and tailor your search.
• Negotiate terms of business with new clients.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle — sourcing, screening, submitting, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and closing.
