Responsibilities

• Generate new business and build client relationships from scratch.
• Sell recruitment/staffing solutions to hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain long-term client partnerships.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.
• Source, screen, and present candidates to clients.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and close placements.
• Drive revenue through both business development and delivery.
