Job summary

Insight Hospital and Medical Center Chicago seeks a Pharmacist Manager to oversee operational, clinical, and regulatory aspects of the 340B Drug Pricing Program across IHMC Chicago, IHMC Coldwater, and affiliated sites.

The role requires a PharmD, active license, and 3–5 years of hospital 340B management, with strong analytical and compliance skills. Hybrid work arrangement offered, travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• PharmD from ACPE-accredited college.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in at least one state (Illinois preferred).
• 3–5 years of progressive hospital/pharmacy 340B management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day 340B program operations across IHMC Chicago, IHMC Coldwater, and other entities.
• Monitor 340B eligibility, inventory, and split-billing processes; ensure program integrity.
• Develop and update 340B policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Coordinate audits, respond to inquiries, and guide staff on compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, finance, revenue cycle, and IT to maximize compliant savings.
