Job summary

Alchemy is seeking a Pharmacist In Charge/Pharmacy Manager to lead local pharmacy operations in Mobile, AL. You will ensure regulatory compliance, oversee staffing, and deliver patient-centered care.

You will fill prescriptions, support insurance investigations, and help minimize patient costs while collaborating with clinicians and the central operations team to drive performance and quality.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Pharmacist license in Alabama in good standing.
• Bachelor’s (RPh) or PharmD degree from an accredited university.
• Experience with pharmacy software (PioneerRx and/or BestRx) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all local operations and staffing.
• Fill and dispense prescriptions per State Board rules and maintain accuracy.
• Support insurance benefit investigations for medical and pharmacy benefits.
• Assess financial assistance options to minimize patient out-of-pocket costs.
• Review KPIs and coordinate with central operations for improvements.
• Provide direct patient care, medication therapy management, and counseling.
