Position Overview:

In collaboration with authorizing officials, hospital executives, pharmacy leadership, and the 340B team, the 340B compliance specialist provides support for all covered entities enrolled in the 340B program at The Ohio State University. This role involves supporting various contract pharmacy arrangements, performing routine audits of hospital and retail pharmacy claims to ensure compliance with federal guidelines, and serving as the subject matter expert for third-party split billing software. The specialist will monitor utilization records to ensure program compliance and optimization, and will provide training and education to internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
