Department: University Hospital | 340B Contract Pharmacy Administration
In collaboration with authorizing officials, hospital executives, pharmacy leadership, and the 340B team, the 340B compliance specialist provides support for all covered entities enrolled in the 340B program throughout The Ohio State University. This position supports various contract pharmacy arrangements and performs routine audits of hospital and retail pharmacy claims to evaluate compliance with federal guidelines. The role serves as the subject matter expert for the third-party split billing software and monitors utilization records to ensure compliance and program optimization. Additionally, it provides training and education to internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required; 2-4 years preferred.
