Summary:

This position provides support to the 340B Certified Compliance Analyst by conducting routine audits and maintaining the third-party administrator or split billing software to ensure 340B Program compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and ad-hoc 340B Program compliance audits.
• Evaluate audit findings and develop action plans to address issues, with support from the Compliance Analyst, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with 340B Program requirements for qualified patients, drugs, and locations.
• Monitor and audit Medicaid claims to prevent duplicate discounts.
• Oversee drug purchasing activity and maintain third-party splitting software.
• Coordinate and support annual program and HRSA audits.
• Manage communications from vendors, entities, and regulators.
• Use Excel or similar tools to filter non-eligible transactions.
• Understand and communicate 340B Program requirements and best practices; assist in training new analysts.
