Job summary

Family Health Centers of Southwest Florida is seeking a 340B Program Analyst to oversee daily administration, compliance monitoring, and data audits across in-house clinics and external contract pharmacies (WellPartner, Walgreens, Accredo). You will be the data custodian using Intergy EHR and the TPA software to ensure HRSA compliance and prevent duplicate discounts.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and experience with 340B programs, with a focus on accurate data

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or a closely related field preferred.
• Current Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) or equivalent clinical/administrative licensure is highly advantageous.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of direct experience analyzing or handling 340B program data, hospital pharmacy purchasing, or healthcare data compliance operations.

Responsibilities

• Audits 340B claims by cross-referencing patient clinical data with encounter records.
• Supervise external contract pharmacy data streams via WellPartner, Walgreens, and Accredo.
• Monitor in-house dispensing and inventory for 340B-eligible treatments.
• Flag potential diversion or duplicate discount violations before submissions.
• Reconcile physical and virtual inventory across internal and contract pharmacies.
• Maintain and test data filters, provider files, and location maps to minimize script capture issues.
