Job summary
Bon Secours is seeking a 340B Auditor to monitor compliance with HRSA 340B guidelines across assigned locations. You will perform daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly audits, document results, and support external audits. Responsibilities include reviewing patient eligibility, monitoring 340B purchasing, and data uploads to 340B software systems.
Strong Excel and EMR skills preferred. Minimum 1–2 years in pharmacy 340B or hospital/healthcare auditing with excellent communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: High School Diploma / GED.
- Preferred: 2-year degree in Business, Information Technology/Analytics, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in pharmacy 340B or healthcare auditing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor 340B compliance for all aspects of 340B Program.
- Conduct daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly audits at eligible locations.
- Prepare and upload data to 340B software systems.
- Assist with external audits and special projects.
- Document audit results following policy and procedure.
