Job summary

MercyOne seeks a dedicated 340B Compliance Specialist to support the program, collaborate with pharmacy staff, software companies, wholesalers, and manufacturers, and maintain policy records. The role emphasizes audits and regulatory adherence in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with focus on accounting, finance, information technology, business, or related field; degree must be completed within one year of starting.
• At least two (2) years of work experience in accounting, finance, information technology, business management, or related roles.
• 340B University Certification required within three months of starting in position.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, presentation skills, analytical skills, well organized and professional demeanor.
• Personal integrity and ability to inspire and motivate others to uphold Trinity Health values (note: Trinity Health is cited in the text; adapt for MercyOne if needed).
• Team-oriented and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to ensure compliance with the 340B program policies and procedures.
• Maintain required 340B program records and conduct monthly internal audits.
• Lead audits and identify opportunities for improvement using data-driven approaches.
• Serve as liaison to pharmacy staff, wholesalers, and third-party administrators.
• Assist with quality control and maintenance of third-party administrators.
