Trinity Health is seeking a 340B Compliance professional to ensure adherence to program policies and regulatory requirements. You will work with pharmacy staff, software companies, wholesalers, and manufacturers to maintain records and improve processes.

The role emphasizes monthly internal audits, data-driven decision making, and collaboration across departments to align with national priorities and Trinity Health policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a focus on accounting, finance, information technology, business, or related field.
• At least two (2) years of work experience in accounting, finance, IT, business management, or related roles.
• 340B University Certification required within three months of starting in position.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills, presentation skills, analytical skills, be well organized and maintain a highly professional manner and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to ensure compliance with the 340B program.
• Maintain required 340B program records and conduct monthly internal audits.
• Audit to ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as liaison to wholesalers, TPAs, and other internal/external customers.
• Identify opportunities for improvement using data and 340B expertise.
• Report discrepancies or deviations promptly to the Regional Director, 340B.
