Job summary

TriHealth in Norwood, OH is seeking a Pharmacy Compliance Auditor to audit and monitor the 340B Program under the supervision of the Sr. Director of Pharmacy.

You will perform daily, weekly, and quarterly audits to verify adherence to 340B regulations and procedures, supporting access to affordable medications. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 2–3 years in a pharmacy setting, completion of Apexus 340B University within 6 months, earning the 340B Operations Certificate within one

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required; 2–3 years pharmacy experience preferred.
Complete Apexus 340B University within 6 months of hire.
Earn 340B Operations Certificate within 1 year of hire.
National CPhT certification (PTCB or ExCPT) required.
Ohio Board of Pharmacy registration required.

Responsibilities

Audit and monitor the 340B Program to ensure compliance.
Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits and document results.
Review Medicaid claims and assist with external audits as needed.
Maintain auditable records and assist in reporting requirements.
