Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a detail-driven 340B Program Compliance Analyst to ensure adherence to federal and state rules, maintaining required records and performing audits. You will collaborate with pharmacy staff, software firms, wholesalers, and manufacturers to uphold program integrity.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/IT/business with a focus on related fields, plus 2+ years in a relevant area and 340B certification within three months.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree must be completed within one year of starting in the position.
  • At least two (2) years of work experience in accounting, finance, IT, business management, or related roles.
  • 340B University Certification required within three months of starting in position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Must be team-oriented, able to work independently, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to ensure compliance with the 340B program and maintain program records.
  • Conduct monthly internal audits of the 340B program and report discrepancies to the Regional Director Business Operations/340B.
  • Process invoices and requisitions; liaison to wholesalers, third-party administrators, and internal/external customers.
  • Assist with quality control and maintenance of the third-party administrator.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the 340B program and align with organizational strategy.
