Formación

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data management, analytics and auditing.
• Strong analytical and creative critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite with emphasis on Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain pharmacy 340B split billing software and ensure compliance with HRSA/OPA rules.
• Update policies and educate staff on regulatory changes and best practices.
• Audit contract and internal pharmacies for cost savings opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and tools to monitor financial and compliance metrics.
• Provide financial analysis for future contract pharmacy opportunities.
• Lead process improvements related to 340B operations and purchasing systems.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, finance, IT, and vendors on cross-functional initiatives.
• Support year-end 340B reporting and annual independent audits.
