Job summary
NYU Langone Health is seeking a Pharmacy Business & Analytics Specialist for the 340B program to monitor compliance, optimize revenue, and manage 340B/GPO/WAC pricing integrity. The role focuses on reporting, penny buys, and policy maintenance within the Pharmacy Business & Analytics team.
The candidate will work with EHR, ERP and payor data, supporting IT/eMPI needs and ensuring regulatory adherence while contributing to leadership and risk management initiatives.
Qualifications
- BS in Pharmacy and 3+ years of experience in pharmacy operations
- NYS Pharmacist License required
- 340B Apexus Certified Expert (340B ACE) within six months of hire
- Pharm.D. degree preferred, with strong data analytics and IT familiarity
- Strong Excel skills; Tableau/Power BI and other data visualization tools preferred
- Experience with Epic and pharmacy IT systems a plus
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage 340B Program revenue using TPA split-billing reports
- Ensure regulatory compliance and pricing integrity (GPO, WAC)
- Support IT/Epic/Willow systems and ongoing maintenance
- Prepare reports for revenue-cycle and pharmacy operations
- Provide training and SOP development for PBA/340B processes
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, QA, and leadership teams
