Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Chemical, Material or similar engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on engineering with statistical data analysis; SPC knowledge essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to create clear reports and analyses.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize wafer production processes to improve quality, yield and productivity.
• Lead engineering tests and use data to quantify results and select best solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and project management with a hands-on approach.
• Perform root cause analysis and support FMEA activities as needed.
• Ensure safety and collaborate across departments to meet goals.
• Maintain procedures and documentation; support audits and continuous improvement.
