Job summary

Technify Talent is seeking a Process Engineer for a leading semiconductor manufacturer in Texas to support a high-volume wafer fab during a period of growth. You will drive process improvements, yield optimisation, quality and production efficiency across advanced fab operations.

The role involves developing and implementing improved manufacturing processes, ramping new equipment, and analyzing data to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with PVD, CVD, Implant or Epi processes.
• Strong knowledge of SPC and engineering change controls.
• Experience in semiconductor process development or high-volume manufacturing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Python or related data/AI tools is a plus.

What you'll do as a Process Engineer:

• Support manufacturing operations within a fast-paced, high-volume wafer fab
• Develop and implement improved manufacturing processes and procedures
• Drive improvements in efficiency, yield, quality and cost
• Support new equipment and process ramp-up activities
• Perform lot and equipment dispositions to maintain production flow

What you'll bring as a Process Engineer:
