MITER Brands is seeking a Distribution Manager in Prescott Valley, AZ to lead end-to-end distribution across three state-of-the-art facilities. You will drive warehousing, 3PL partnerships, staffing, Lean initiatives, and budget control to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related field acceptable if experience substantial.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred.
• CPIM or CLTD certification desirable; OSHA 30-Hour General Industry beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehousing across three sites and ensure on-time delivery.
• Direct 3PL fleet services and manage external freight partnerships.
• Plan staffing, training, and Lean improvements to optimize workflows.
• Maintain budget controls and drive cost reduction and productivity improvements.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for inventory accuracy and shipping performance.
