Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience leading large warehouse teams across multiple shifts.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across three shifts and weekends.
• Oversee receipt, storage, handling, movement and shipment of materials and goods.
• Manage vendor and agency resources while ensuring safety, quality and GMP compliance.
• Drive improvements in safety, productivity, and service levels.
