Job summary

MTNA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for our Rancho Cucamonga facility. This hands-on, salaried role leads maintenance across three shifts, driving safety, reliability, and continuous improvement on a fast-paced production floor.

You will mentor technicians, manage budgets, and coordinate with Operations to maximize uptime and asset performance. Extended hours and after-hours escalation may be required to ensure reliability.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or craft apprenticeship completed; equivalent experience ok.
• Associate degree in mechanical/electrical/industrial maintenance helpful.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership in maintenance in a high-volume/industrial setting.
• Experience leading multi-shift maintenance teams; capable of 24/7 support.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and sanitation staff.
• Foster safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership across all three shifts for maintenance activities.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance functions.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Prioritize daily activities, work orders, and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Manage budgets, maintenance spending, and inventory controls.
• Holding team members accountable for performance and policy compliance.
• Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Support installations, commissioning, and capital projects.
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments to meet production objectives.
• Share best practices across MTNA locations; TPM-focused improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
