Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; technical leadership required.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting in an industrial environment.
• 3 years' experience in manufacturing maintenance leadership or engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement TPM systems.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience.
• Proficient with Maintenance ERP systems (SAP).

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities maintenance, utilities, and capital projects to support safety and productivity.
• Provide P&L leadership for the facility and maintenance process development.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, CI to address maintenance needs.
• Prioritize maintenance requests and allocate resources effectively.
• Manage maintenance processes to maximize uptime and meet budgets.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
