KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a 3-shift role in a Wisconsin plant. Responsible for leading maintenance teams, preventive maintenance, and ensuring continuous production with emphasis on equipment reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering with 2+ years in a food manufacturing environment, strong electro-mechanical skills, and expertise in ammonia refrigeration.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Food manufacturing background and ammonia refrigeration knowledge preferred.
• Strong preventive/predictive maintenance and TPM experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians on preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Train staff on safe work methods and procedures.
• Maintain maintenance systems, work orders, and documentation.
• Schedule maintenance in collaboration with Production to minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement TPM, SOPs, safety measures and spare parts control.
• Provide troubleshooting support for equipment failures and process issues.
• Develop KPIs and provide status reports to maintenance management.
