Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Supervisor in Cudahy, WI to lead maintenance crews in a food plant. You will oversee preventive maintenance, reliability, and equipment uptime across critical systems, driving plant performance and safety.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 2+ years of relevant experience, with strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills; ammonia refrigeration knowledge is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience leading training and mentoring of staff.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving for high-level process issues.
• Background in food manufacturing or similar industries preferred.
• Ammonia refrigeration background desired; strong electro-mechanical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of TPM, work orders, inventory and scheduling software preferred.

• Lead maintenance teams in preventive/predictive maintenance and repairs.
• Train employees on methods and safety procedures.
• Oversee maintenance systems, processes, and documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance with Production for timely repairs.
• Develop maintenance systems, TPM, SOPs and safety practices.
• Provide long-term troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for maintenance performance.
• Provide regular status reports to maintenance management.
• Ensure compliance with USDA regulations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory.
• Foster positive employee experience through leadership and coaching.
