Trustpoint.One is seeking a Senior Employment Attorney for an on-site, three‑month contract to support a multinational media and entertainment company. You will advise business leaders and HR on a broad range of employment matters and disputes.

The ideal candidate has substantial employment counseling and litigation experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• California Bar membership in good standing or eligibility for in-house status in CA.
• 5+ years of employment law experience in law firms or corporate settings.
• Strong skills advising on employee relations and investigations.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day employment law advice to internal business and HR teams.
• Counsel on harassment, discrimination, retaliation, leaves, and wage-hour matters.
• Prepare responses to administrative charges and complaints.
• Analyze claims and provide risk-based strategic recommendations.
• Support internal investigations of workplace conduct and policy issues.
• Advise on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Draft and revise employment-related correspondence, policies, and training.
• Collaborate to develop practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Assist with dispute resolution and outside counsel management.
