The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and arguing motions, taking depositions, researching, document review, drafting pleadings and discovery. Real estate litigation and eminent domain experience are preferred. Strong academics and writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and arguing motions and taking depositions.
• Research, document review, drafting pleadings and discovery experience required.
• Real estate litigation experience is preferred but not required.
• Prior exposure to eminent domain matters preferred.
• Candidates should have strong academic credentials.
• Proficiency in complex legal drafting and client communication.

Responsabilités

• Draft and argue motions and manage depositions as part of the litigation team.
• Conduct legal research, document review, and drafting of pleadings.
• Coordinate discovery and manage related workflows.
• Support real estate litigation and eminent domain matters as needed.
• Contribute to maintaining a collaborative, mentoring-oriented practice.
