Qualifications

• 3–5 years of associate experience in business litigation.
• Experience drafting and arguing motions and taking depositions.
• Research, document review, drafting pleadings, and discovery experience.
• Real estate litigation experience is a plus but not required.
• Eminent domain exposure is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the Business Litigation group in Houston or The Woodlands.
• Draft and argue motions, prepare for depositions, and support discovery.
• Engage in research and drafting of pleadings, under senior attorney supervision.
