Job summary

Affinity Skilled Living is seeking a full-time RN Supervisor for the Sayville, NY area to lead nursing operations on each shift. The role will involve supervising staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the unit.

The incumbent will serve as admitting nurse for admissions arriving on shift, and handle additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing. A strong background in sub-acute or skilled nursing supervision is preferred.
