RESRG Automotive is seeking you to join our team as a2nd Shift Workforce Coordinatorin ourCOVINGTON, GAlocation!

The shift time is 2:50 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional mandatory weekends based on business needs.

Pay starting at $19.00 an hour, based on experience.

Your Job

As a Workforce Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring operators are properly trained, recalibrated, and compliant with RESRG training and quality standards. This role supports both employee development and product quality through consistent training and process oversight.

What You Will Do in Your Role

• Ensure operators are fully trained and qualified on the parts they are assigned.
• Verify operator training and conduct annual re-calibration to meet RESRG training policy standards.
• Partner with supervisors to identify training needs, including new operator onboarding and cross-training.
• Support operators requiring additional coaching due to quality issues or low OEE.
• Meet regularly with the Floor Trainer Supervisor to share feedback and recommend improvements.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 10 - 50lbs. on a daily basis.
• Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures & outdoors on occasion as needed.
• Frequently required to stand and walk; use hands to finger manipulation, handle, and feel; reach with arms and hands above head; talk and hear.
• Sometimes required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit.
• Specific vision requirements: close, distant, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Working conditions in some areas require that personal protective equipment be worn including but not limited to steel toed shoes, eye protection, hearing protection, ring and watch covers, belt buckle covers, and gloves. All employees of RESRG are expected to comply with the safety policies.
• The employee will be exposed to toxic and corrosive chemicals. The employee may encounter exposure to fumes or airborne particles. The employee may also encounter wet and/or humid conditions, vibration, working in high, precarious places, proximity to moving mechanical parts, exposure to electrical shock and radiation.
