Randstad USA is hiring a Wiring professional for an on-site role in Streetsboro, OH. The position is full-time with an afternoon shift (2:00 PM–12:30 AM) and pays $21.00 per hour, on a contract-to-hire basis. Healthcare with no premiums and annual bonuses are included.

You will read 3D models and assembly drawings to build frames, sub-assemblies, and enclosures, install cables, apply torque specs, inspect assemblies, and report issues to leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience reading blueprints.
• Proficiency with hand tools including wire crimpers.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle small hardware.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Wiring professional to join our team in Streetsboro, OH for a full-time, on-site afternoon shift role (Monday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM) offering a competitive pay rate of $21.00 per hour. This is a great contract-to-hire role; once hired on with the customer, healthcare with no premiums and annual bonuses!

In this position, you will deliver high-quality assemblies for critical electrical and mechanical components by reading and interpreting 3D models and assembly drawings to build frames, sub-assemblies, and enclosures using hand tools. Your day-to-day will involve installing flexibar and power cables to specific product designs, precisely applying torque specifications, inspecting finished assemblies to uphold high quality standards, and reporting any issues directly to leadership.

To qualify, candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, proven experience reading blueprints, proficiency with hand tools (including wire crimpers), and the physical capability to stand for long periods, bend, squat, reach, and handle small hardware with fine motor dexterity; prior experience in a manufacturing or wiring environment is preferred.
