Job summary

Randstad USA in Byron Center, MI is seeking an assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble products from multiple stages following guidelines and specifications, and maintain a safe, clean work area throughout the shift.

This full-time role requires bending, lifting, standing, and walking for long periods. Expect a 55-hour week (Mon-Fri 12:00–11:30) plus a Saturday shift; pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description:

As an assembler, you will assemble products from various stages according to guidelines and specifications. You will maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with procedures, rules, and regulations. This job required bending, lifting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.

Currently working mandatory 55 hours a week: 12:00pm to 11:30pm (Monday - Friday) 1:00pm to 11:30pm (Monday - Friday) Plus a 5 hours shift on Saturday

Pay is based on experience: $18.00 - $20.00

location: Byron Center, MI

work hours: 12:00 PM - 11:30 PM

dress code: Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
