Job summary

Viking Electric in Milwaukee, WI, is hiring for a 2nd Shift Industrial Wire Cutter. This full-time role starts at 1:30pm, Monday through Friday. You will cut, coil, label wire and support warehouse operations with on-the-job training provided.

Ideal candidates have basic math skills, can lift up to 75 lbs with assistance, and can stand for long periods while using RF devices and warehouse tech.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Proficient with RF devices, computer systems, and warehouse tech.
• Math skills including fractions and decimals are required.
• High attention to detail is essential.
• Must be able to stand/walk for the full shift.

Responsibilities

• Review customer orders to select reel size and wire type.
• Measure and cut wire using cutting machinery.
• Unload and load reels on the wire machine.
• Restock wire inventory as needed and follow SOPs.
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
