Job summary

Fenner Precision Polymers is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Operator to operate and set up multiple production machines including Press Brakes, Shears, and Roll Mills. The role involves assisting the main operator, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Shift runs Monday through Thursday, 4:30pm–3:00am, with responsibilities expanding through Level 1–3 operator duties. High school diploma or GED required; prior experience preferred; exposure to ISO procedures and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year related experience preferred.
• Ability to operate and set up multiple machines.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Knowledge of ISO SOPs and LEAN improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up Press Brake, Shear, Hot Melt Machine or Roll Mill as a Level 1/2/3 operator.
• Assist main operator with setups and machine adjustments.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and follow safety procedures (6S).
• Identify safety hazards and report them.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
