Job summary

Fenner, Inc. seeks a 2nd Shift Machine Operator to run and adjust equipment for wire cloth production. The role involves setup, operation and basic maintenance of various machines, with emphasis on safety and quality.

This position includes a sign-on bonus and full-time evening hours, Monday to Thursday, in Lancaster, PA. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful, with opportunities for progression through Levels 1–3 operators as competence grows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to operate and maintain industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

• Identify safety hazards and participate in safety training.
• Operate presses and other equipment to manufacture wire cloth products.
• Perform basic machine setup, tool changes and quality checks.
• Support Level 1–3 operators and assist as needed.
