Cannonball Recruiting is seeking a Welding Supervisor for the 2nd shift in York, PA. The role oversees hourly union personnel to meet quality, budget, and production targets for the department and shift.

Candidates should have extensive welding experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to set up efficient workstations, read blueprints, and drive safe, productive operations on the shop floor.

Competenze

• US Citizenship
• 5+ years manufacturing with welding focus
• 3+ years supervisory/management in manufacturing
• Knowledge of welding processes: GTAW, FCAW, SMAW, SAW, GMAW-P, GMAW
• Ability to set up efficient workstations
• Excellent blueprint reading
• Self-starter with strong leadership capabilities

Mansioni

• Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to hourly personnel on the shift
• Define and coordinate shift work assignments per contracts, qualifications, and production schedules
• Ensure work meets contractual, operating, and quality standards
• Train and upgrade skills of personnel
• Monitor performance and correct deficiencies
