Cannonball Recruiting is seeking an experienced Parts & Plates Foreman to oversee daily fabrication and production activities during 2nd shift in York, PA. This hands-on leadership role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards while meeting production schedules.

The Foreman will coordinate with project management, logistics, purchasing, and other departments to maintain production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.

Competenze

• Supervisory or managerial experience required.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication and production operations.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work 2nd shift, overtime, and Saturdays as needed.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership and guidance to shop employees.
• Manage daily shop operations, including personnel, equipment, tools, and materials.
• Maintain and update production and fabrication schedules.
• Coordinate deliveries and support on-time project completion.
• Establish and maintain standard fabrication procedures.
• Ensure quality control standards are consistently maintained.
• Evaluate production procedures and identify efficiency improvements.
• Communicate project status, quality, and delivery with other departments.
• Maintain equipment and shop facilities as necessary.
• Balance workload and adjust production as needed.
